When you request the Sample Box, apply for accreditation, subscribe to our letter or write to us, we collect what you give us: your name, business, email, delivery address and message. Nothing more is gathered in the background — this site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics profiling.

Sample Box payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over encrypted connection and never touch Claywise systems. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

To fulfil your request, respond to your enquiry, and — only if you subscribed — send our occasional letter. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Project and specification details shared with us are treated as confidential.

Form submissions are delivered to our email and stored with our form and payment providers (Netlify, Stripe). We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it.

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to info@claywise.com.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
